Work Order One

The applicant/customer must agree to the following Terms and Conditions of PAM Permit
Services LLC before proceeding on the PAM Permit Services LLC website.

Permit Cancellations
• PAM Permit Services LLC will make reasonable efforts to cancel permits
immediately upon the customer’s request.
• If a permit is ultimately cancelled by the issuing agency, PAM Permit Services LLC
cannot guarantee that all cancellation requests will be honored.
• The customer remains responsible for the costs of any permits denied or cancelled by the agency, as well as all applicable fees.

Payments and Refunds
• All payments must be made in advance.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations once the applicant has acknowledged these
Terms and Conditions and entered into a contract with PAM Permit Services LLC.

Liability
• PAM Permit Services LLC is not liable for any incorrect information provided or entered in the application. The applicant is fully responsible for any violations, penalties, or costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Legal Jurisdiction
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

Website and Information Updates
• PAM Permit Services LLC will update its website as new information is provided by the relevant permit agencies.

Applicant’s Responsibilities
• The applicant confirms that all information submitted for permits or related services is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PAM Permit Services LLC against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the issuance of a permit.
• The applicant acknowledges that responsibility for the permit lies solely with them, and this will not serve as a defense against enforcement actions or legal proceedings.
• The applicant is responsible for payment of each issued permit, regardless of the outcome of other permit applications submitted through the site or by other means.
